International Orders
As of now, we do not accept orders shipped to international or APO addresses. Please contact a port forwarder for delivery.
Shipping
The Aqua Pro Vac and Steamer are shipped via Federal Express Home Delivery (for residential addresses) or FedEx Ground (for commercial addresses), while smaller items and parts ship via UPS or USPS. Items usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 11 AM (Pacific). Orders placed after 11 AM (Pacific) will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in either Blaine, WA, or Mayfield, KY.
Once your item has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for items shipping to California, Washington, and Kentucky.
Payments
Payments can be made using U.S.-issued credit cards or through PayPal. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please use our secure online order form to enter your credit card information.
Financing Options
We also offer financing options through Klarna, Afterpay, and ShopPay. With our "Buy Now, Pay Later" program, you can make your purchase more manageable by spreading the cost over time.
Customers from Canada
We ship most of our products across the Canadian border using GlobalPost. An additional shipping fee to cover customs and duties fees is applied to the shopping cart. We can also ship to a US based port forwarder.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
The shipping cost for orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska is significantly higher. The additional surcharge for Puerto Rico will be $150, Hawaii's surcharge will be $100, and Alaska's surcharge is $75. Once you add your shipping address, you will see these options in the shopping cart.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. The costs associated with expedited deliveries are significantly higher, and there is also the risk of frustration if the shipment doesn't arrive on time.
We typically do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Our shipping operations follow standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
